1.Refund Policy.

(1). Order within 1 days of payment, we will cancel the order and refund full for you.

(2). Order within 1 days of payment but no shipping, we can cancel the order and refund the 90% of the total amount since our worker has picked up the product and packed the parcel at that time, except that, maybe the parcel has been sent to the shipping company’s warehouse.

2a. Return Policy.

(1). You do not need to return it if the product arrives which was poorly made, please send us some photos, we will reship it or refund after we check your photos.

(3). Serene Styles does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind

You agree that you cannot change or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at cs@serenestyles.com.au. Please review our office operating hours before making contact as the hours may vary depending on the day of the week and the time of year.

If the order status is ‘Order being processed’, please contact us to confirm whether there might still be time for us to agree to you changing or cancelling your order. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request, however unfortunately no guarantee can be given once an order has been placed.
